Ordering Online
Is it safe to order online?
Our shop is secure through PayPal. Once you get to the checkout area, all communication is encrypted. There is no risk involved in entering credit card details in encrypted http-secure mode. Only PayPal can read the information. And we deal with it completely confidentially.

Is it possible to cancel my order?
There is always a grace period after making a purchase in which you may cancel. PayPal offers a standard cancellation policy. After that it will require Jeremiah initiating a refund as agreed to by phone and then confirmed by email.

Refund Policy
If after the first 30 minute call there is no match between us to continue to work together, there will be a full refund of any package you ordered beyond the $22 for the intro call which is non refundable. All refunds will be processed through PayPal.

If you purchase a multiple package there will be no refund after the first session.
