Who do you surrender to?

If you can not surrender to your self you’ll not be able to surrender to another. The holding back begins with the self’s fear of what will surface if they truly dive into themselves.

Consider meditating on “Where do I withhold surrendering to my Self?” and then writing in your journal.

Considering Love, where is your heart still closed?

Considering that One’s ability to Love is in direct proportion to one’s ability to trust self enough to crack open their own heart and love themselves so they can allow Self to love them.

Someone responded to that by suggesting I plug my nose and jump in. I responded with, “Oh, I Am In Big time personally. This is an observation of some who I love and a wondering if their hearts are still so closed around me, where else is mine to be cracked open?”

So I ask, where else is your heart still closed? Please take a moment to look, journal for yourself and share any comments here.

Are You Following Your Soul’s Path?

April 16th, 2009 Posted in Journaling Exercises Tags: , ,

Each of us has our own path to walk. I’ve found that trying to follow another’s path to Home or Source is riven with opportunities for attachments and that at some point we must find and walk our own path, whether any one is there or not.

Take some time to journal on the question, Are you following your Soul’s Path?

Journaling Exercise

Let yourself breathe deeply and move in to your own Sacred Space. When there look at these questions:

1. Where in your life is something calling out to you from your Soul that you are not doing because of some other good aspect of your life? Those callings arise in the excitement you feel in your belly or Creational Womb when you are present to them. Perhaps it is from the Heart of your Soul or I AM Self. Let your self feel and embrace the magic of the excitement.

2. Where is your rainbow? Seek it in your heart as you journal.

3. Now embrace the feelings of fear that arise as you look at being in action on the excitement. Love the fear as it Is. Now take an action step to manifest that which calls you. Take just one step for today in this moment. Your heart knows what the step is. Journal on what arises.
